SUNDAY STEEL MACE SESSIONS
Sunday: 2:30pm - 3:30pm
The steel mace is a tool that is over 2000 years old and has been used in both battle and training by many a warrior. Today it is a must have piece of equipment that can be used to utilise a full body workout with emphasis on the shoulders and core due to its use of harnessing the imbalance whilst doing simple -to- more complex movements.

The viking circuit class is a session for both men and women that will put your strength and endurance to the test. Using an array of unconventional training tools that will get the blood pumping and your inner viking roaring. From smashing to slamming you will leave this class an urban warrior!
Available Sunday: 1pm - 2pm
Kick start your sunday in the way of the savages! This class is completely dependant on the amount of people who show up. Be it a chaser, an 'all for one' session or a Viking Circuit. The fun is in the unknown.
Available M-F: 11am-5pm
Even the hardest of warriors need time to hone their skills. This is a time for you to do your own thing. Lift some steel, practise with the mace, Work the ropes, the time is yours.

Experienced and certified in strength and conditioning circuit training, with years of experience in both boxing, muay thai and the sport of Axe and Knife Throwing. Lloyd is one of the UK's leaders in the steel mace movement and holder of steel mace flow certification, teaching the use of the Heavy mace to increase rotational and core strength and the light mace to increase mobility and focus. Lloyds Classes offer a chance to put your body to the limits and come out the other side an urban Viking who is harder, better, faster, stronger.
Premier Training qualified to level 4 in both personal training and nutrition. 3 tours of Afghan with training in Kenya and Belize have given Stephen the knowledge and experience in how to make Gladiators!
Stephens classes are perfect for anyone wanting to lose fat whilst gaining both mental and physical strength!
Author and creator of "The Gladiator Code", a unique program specially created to give anyone the insight in mental toughness and physical fitness.
From being passionate about health and fitness from a young age, Craig prides himself in on putting technique and control above 'numbers' when training.
Experienced in both body building and power training techniques, Craig uses his knowledge and patience in order to incorporate functional and explosive movements to increase athleticism and help you on your way to becoming the strongest version of yourself.
After finding his passion for fitness and health, Billy has taken every opportunity to stay young at heart. Pushing himself to complete a variety of outdoor obstacle course races such as Tough Mudder and Xtreme Storm he continues to out do the young ones.
Wanting to utilise his skills, Billy went on to become a certified trainer and has since helped many clients gain their fitness and weight loss goals. Billy adapts all his training programmes to all levels, ranging from beginner to advanced.
